Delivery Areas
We deliver within selected areas across the UAE based on service availability and quality control. For deliveries outside Dubai, an additional delivery fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout
Delivery Timing
All Dulcino gelato is made fresh and delivered in scheduled time slots. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a delivery window based on your location and availability.
Freshness First
Our gelato is temperature-sensitive and carefully packed to maintain quality. To protect its texture and flavour, we may adjust or reschedule deliveries if conditions are not suitable.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the order or incorrect details are provided, a redelivery fee may apply. Since our gelato is freshly prepared, we cannot hold orders for long periods.
Returns & Refunds
Because gelato is a perishable product, orders cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
